Crowded! Very!Yesterday met up with Xueli, supposingly was to check out ingredients at Carrefour however we've no idea what to whip for saturday. Anyway, I've also met up with Yj since he's at Town area and he owed me money okay but now clear his debts!
Afterwards, we shopped around and searching for recipes to get ideas but none helped. At around evening time, we three caught movie at the Cathay. "InkHeart". Movie was pretty dull in the beginning but overall its still alright. So, Yj need to leave early leaving the boring us behind! Xl suggested why not walked down dobby ghaut. lol. We walked to parklane, and we totally had no idea where and what we are walking. Well, we passed by Simlim towers and some where near bugis area and we passed by some freemarket very near to Lil India as well, if you've been taking buses for instance, like 147 you may notice those freemarkets along those old streets on the way to bugis.
We roamed the freemarkets, sophisticated like what I've always thought. Indeed, a lot "antiques" you'd like to see or search. Xl was saying whether we can even find an oven here okay she totally got it because we managed to found a secondhand Oven selling! Hilarious! Afterwards, we continued crossing over to another street see what new food or things we can find. To our amazed, we passed by this quite a large Dim sum eatery and we decided to went in for some snacks. We ordered a couple of dishes and some light snacks and the food is really god damn delicious! I reckon you to try the Pumpkin Custard bun, it fried with custard as filling with a QQ texture! YAY! We flew with happiness. Later on, after our light snack we continued walking.
We've made a decision, we decided to walk home; Serangoon. From Dobbyghaut all the way without any transport to Serangoon. During our journey of walking, is determination and fatigueness however we found alot of pubs, delicious eateries, and alot more. Then very funny lor, we saw one "Club Giogia" its seems very high-class lah so we went outside of the club to read the brochures guessed what? The person come out briefed us what the club is about, its like "a nightclub for ladies" you can choose the male "hostess" to accompany you and alot more you'd like to do to your "hostess" Sick! lol!
And after walking for miles, we've crossed Boonkeng, Potong Pasir and finally Serangoon! Our legs is pretty tiring with bruises like Orhcheyy! lol! I bet we're nuts! Sucha memorable evening with xueli lor!
